While waiting for my turn at Starbucks with all three of my kids, a mother of two tapped me on my shoulder and said: “I just want to let you know that you are my hero. I have two kids myself and I don’t even want to take them out by myself, and here you are with three … alone.  You are awesome.”  What does it really mean?

Today I got upgraded to "Director of Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Salesforce Analyst". I owe a big part of my success to one of the many book I've read and I'll spend some time detailing my journey towards being so good they just can't ignore me anymore.
